Guest entrance to Higher Elms house, leading though the hall to the luxuriant exclusive guest lounge. Accessible from the guest lounge is a new purpose built breakfast room replete with its own kitchen facilities.

Both the lounge and breakfast room have adequate heating, and furnishings and carpeting are of high quality. The lounge has TV installed.
